Plus Ultra has reinforced its commitment to sustainability by being awarded the IEnvA (IATA Environmental Assessment) certification, issued by the International Air Transport Association.
The voluntary IEnvA certification program independently evaluates the commitment of aviation companies and institutions to improving their environmental performance in accordance with ISO 14001:2015 requirements, adapting existing standards to the specificities of the aviation sector.
This is the first certification of its kind achieved by the Spanish airline, implementing practices and policies that minimize the environmental impact of its flight operations and facilities, as well as its corporate offices.
According to Roberto Roselli, CEO of Plus Ultra:
This certification is a clear indicator of our company’s progress in environmental matters. It reinforces our commitment to sustainable management and practices throughout the operational chain. It is one more step that motivates us to continue improving and optimizing processes in this regard.
