Plus Ultra Líneas Aéreas increases its number of captains

With the aim of supporting its expansion plan, the airline has successfully completed the recruitment of captains for its Airbus A330 fleet, who join the 700 professionals already part of Plus Ultra across Europe and the Americas.

The workforce expansion responds to the company’s growth strategy, driven by network development, the launch of the Buenos Aires route, and as a step ahead of the arrival of new aircraft.

It is also linked to the increase in flight hours. In 2025, the airline reached a total of 21,000 flight hours, representing a 17% increase compared to 2024, with expectations to grow to 26,000 hours in 2026.
