More than 200 guests joined the executives of the third-largest Spanish long-haul airline.
A decade after its first flight between Madrid and Lima, Plus Ultra Líneas Aéreas held a commemorative event with customers and suppliers in Madrid.
During the gathering, attended by more than two hundred guests, the company’s CEO, Roberto Roselli, stated that over these years “we have shown the market not only our credibility, but also our operational efficiency, flexibility, and closeness to customers and passengers.” In his remarks, he outlined several points of the Spanish airline’s expansion plan, which include doubling the fleet, opening new destinations in Latin America, increasing partnerships with leading carriers, and strengthening its institutional presence within the aviation sector.
Meanwhile, the president and founder of Plus Ultra, Julio Martínez Sola, took the opportunity to recall that “the company was created inspired by the flight of the Plus Ultra seaplane, with the conviction that the market had room for a different Spanish long-haul airline focused on providing service and warmth to people through impeccable operations.” “In these 10 years” Martínez Sola added, “our fleet has flown to 215 destinations across five continents, successfully overcoming the greatest turbulence in aviation history caused by COVID, with staff whose attitude and commitment make us better every year. Today, we look to the future with great optimism, with a growing airline that is attracting the interest of investors and institutions.”
