The agreement consolidates the airline’s growth plans.
A new three-year salary framework and schedule stability are key aspects of the agreement.
Plus Ultra Líneas Aéreas and the Spanish Pilots’ Union SEPLA have reached an agreement to sign the company’s first collective agreement for pilots.
This new agreement strengthens the company’s stability with one of its key employee groups, allowing it to pursue its growth plans with greater confidence.
In addition to significant economic improvements, the agreement reinforces schedule stability, a core demand of pilots, ensuring greater predictability in shifts and optimizing operational management.
The agreement includes various economic measures, such as salary increases, establishing different pay levels based on pilot seniority, and improvements in both fixed and variable components, including flight hours, simulated training, and instruction, among others.
On the labor side, in addition to reinforcing schedule stability, the agreement also regulates, among other aspects, access to and number of free tickets, vacations, days off, uniform policy, paid leave, sabbaticals, and reduced working hours. New criteria for internal promotion have also been established, providing a more predictable working framework for pilots.
Julio Martínez Sola, Chairman of the company:
This agreement strengthens Plus Ultra’s competitiveness in the sector, ensuring the best conditions for our pilots and contributing to the long-term stability and growth of the company.
